Located entirely on the first floor, this is the largest apartment (150 sq. m.) in the Antico Borgo; it has been renovated and furnished with careful attention to the original rural architectural features of the property. The apartment has a spacious living-dining area, with typical Tuscan fireplace, large table and stone sink, as well as a comfortable lounge corner with armchairs. Opening onto the living area are the kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. In the sleeping area are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One bedroom is furnished with twin beds and rustic pieces, while the spacious master bedroom extends over about 40 sq. m. and is complete with an anteroom with dressing-table, wardrobes and a single bed. The two windows overlook the hills and the small lake below.

In the portico in front of the apartment there is a wooden table with benchs. In the common garden is also available for the guests a double barbeque and a ping pong table and a little children's playground.

In the weekly price is included: electric power, water, a set of bed linens a set of bath towels.
