Included in the weekly rental fees are:

- a set of bed linen;
- a set of bath towels;

• barbecue area with table; 
• games (playground, ping pong, football table);

• WI-FI;

• Welcome service and assistance during the stay: at your arrival Patrizia who lives there with her family will welcome you and will be at your disposal during your stay for any of your needs.

Not included: cleaning (compulsory)
