Arrival times

Guests are expected to arrive on Saturday between 15:00 and 20:00. Any variations in arrival times must be agreed in advance.Payment procedures

Deposit of 30% of the price, on booking that will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The deposit should be paid by bank credit transfer.
Upon arrival, payment of the 70% balance. The balance can be paid by bank credit transfert at least 4 weeks before arrival date or at the arrival at Monteolivo by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash (*).

At the arrival a cautionary deposit of € 150.00 is also due. This deposit will be returned in full at departure.

(*) only for balance less than 999,00 euro

Minimun stay 2 night

Included in the weekly rental fees are: electric power, water, a set of bed linen a set of bath towel.

Not included: cleaning (compulsory)

• Lago, Prato, Fontana, Olmo, Pini, Madonnina= 80,00 euro
• Fienile , Cipressi, Olmo&Pini = 100,00 Euro
• Focolare = 140,00 euro 
• Finally cleaning are due also for stay less than a week
  

Heating : on request on payment:

• La Madonnina, il Prato, La fontana, I Pini, L'Olmo, Il Lago: 25 euro x day ( 175,00 for a week )
• Il Fienile, I Cipressi:  euro 40 x day ( 280,00 for a week )
• Il Focolare: 50 euro x day ( 350,00 for a week)

Air conditioning - on request (only Olmo / Pini):

Olmo/Pini:    15 euro x day (105 for a week)

Olmo&Pini: 30 euro x day ( 210 for a week )

TOURISM LEVY

A tourism levy of 1 euro is due per person and for each night's stay, up to a maximunìm of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempted. The levy has to be payed to the manager of the Agriturism who will issue a receipt.
